摘要
目的:探索微课程在流产后服务工作中应用的具体方法,并分析效果。方法:制作微课程资料,提供给研究对象,在家里完成自学,并记录学习中存在的问题。流产后1周随访,医生指导妇女落实流产后的避孕措施;手术前和随访时完成问卷调查。结果:人工流产手术前、后的患者,对易孕期的判断、多种常用避孕方法的比较、人工流产术的危害等方面的认知均有差别。比较其问题回答得分情况,施术前、后有明显的差别(P=0.000);施术后74.64%的妇女知道人流后1个月内妊娠的可能性,62.32%的妇女不会轻松看待无痛人流。结论:微课程可以尝试应用在人工流产后计划生育咨询服务工作中。
Objectives: To explore concrete application methods of microlecture in post - abortion care, and analyze the effect. Methods: Microleeture were made and provided to research objects for their self - study at home. Problems encountered in the learning were recorded. In the follow - up a month after the abortion, doctors instructed women on the implementation of contraception methods, and questionnaires were completed in both pre - operation and follow - up. Results: The judgment about ovulatory period, comparison of several common contracep- tion methods and cognition of risks of artificial abortion were different before and after the operation. Comparing patient' s grades before and after operation, the difference was significant (P = 0. 000). 74.64% of the research objects knew the pregnant ability within a month post abortion and 62.32% of them took painless artificial abortion seriously. Conclusion: Trial application of microlecture in the reproductive health service for women received artificial abortion may be conducted.
