摘要
离子迁移谱检测技术是现场检测毒害气体的重要方法,具有快速响应,灵敏度高等优点。现场快速的气相色谱分离结合离子迁移谱检测可以获得多维的分析信息,色谱突出的分离特点使分析的准确性大大增加。本文介绍了当前现场快速色谱与离子迁移等检测器联用的技术的优点,详细研究了相关的技术发展概况,分析了接口方法等主要影响因素,介绍了在毒害气体检测领域的应用进展。
Ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) plays important role in on spot detection.IMS has many advantages such as respond rapid and Sensitivity.High speed gas chromatograph were widely used at field analytical system in recent year, which couped to IMS can provide two dimensions information.The separation characteristic of gas chromatography makes the accuracy increase.The merit of GC couped IMS was introduced in this paper.The development of GC - IMS technique and key factor were analyzed.Gas chromatography-Ion mobility spectrometry applyed in harmful gas detection was reviewed in this paper.
