摘要
建立了一种对生活饮用水中27种挥发性有机物进行检测的分析方法。采用吹扫捕集对水中的挥发性有机物进行吹扫捕集,解析后采用气相色谱法对27种挥发性有机物进行分离,分离后的有机物进入质谱检测器进行检测。本方法采用选择离子扫描模式对挥发性有机物进行定性、定量,提高了方法的灵敏度,从而获得较低的检出限和较高的回收率,方法检出限在0.01μg/L至0.70μg/L之间,回收率为79.45%-138.88%,RSD为2.49%-7.65%。
The method for determination of 27 kinds of volatile organic compounds in drinking water is developed. VOCs (volatile organic compounds ) in drinking water are purged,trapped and desorbed.Then 27 VOCs will be separated by GC and detected by mass.SIM was used,so the sensitivity of this method was increased,the detection limits and the recoveries were better.The detection limits of the method are from 0.01μg/L to 0.70μg/L,and the recoveries are among the range of 79.45%-138.88%,RSD are 2.49%-7.65%.
