摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料,通过自由基聚合法制备了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-烯丙基缩水甘油醚(PDMDAAC-AGE),并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对聚合物结构进行表征。将PDMDAAC-AGE应用于棉织物抗菌整理,考察了整理棉织物的抗菌性、耐洗牢度和物理机械性能等。结果表明:PDMDAAC-AGE整理棉织物对大肠埃希菌、金黄葡萄球菌和白念珠菌具有一定的抗菌性和耐久性,且对棉织物的力学性能、白度和柔软度影响不大。扫描电镜(SEM)观察结果表明,纤维表面有PDMDAAC-AGE聚合物包覆。
Polymer dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-allyl glycidyl ether (PDMDAAC-AGE) is prepared by free radical polymerization with dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and allyl glycidyl ether(AGE) as raw materials, and its structure is characterized by fourier transformation infrared (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). The prepared polymer is then applied to anti-bacterial finish of cotton fabric with a conventional dipdry-cure method, and the antimicrobial properties, washing fastness and mechanical properties of the finished cotton fabric are tested. The results show that the cotton fabric finished by PDMDAAC-AGE has good and durable antibacterial properties to escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans with little influence on the mechanical properties, whiteness and softness. SEM reveals that the polymer is successfully adhered onto the surface of cotton fiber.
