10000m超深测井绞车超低速控制模式设计

摘要 随着10 000m超深测井绞车的研制成功,传统闭式液压系统已不能满足其超低速作业要求。进行了10 000m测井绞车液压系统的设计及计算,通过增加超低速控制模式,改造液压马达外置冲洗回路,可满足超低速作业要求。通过试验及现场作业,取得了良好的社会及经济效益。 With the successful development of 10 000 m deep well logging winch,the traditional closed hydraulic system cannot meet the ultra-low speed working condition any more.Based on the design and numerical calculation for the 10 000 m logging winch hydraulic system,the ultra-low speed control mode was added,transforming external flushing circuit to the hydraulic motor and via experiment and field operation,the new control mode can satisfy the ultra-low speed re-quirements and leads to great social and economic benefits.
