摘要
介绍了顶部驱动钻井系统背钳的结构及工作原理,确定了背钳牙板夹持钻杆时的摩擦因数,进行了夹紧液缸参数设计、背钳牙板设计。将这些方法应用到YDQ90型顶驱背钳的设计中,成功地试制出产品,经过现场应用,效果良好。
The structure commonly used and working principle of the backup tong in the top drive drilling system are described in detail,and some core issues in the design of backup tong are pro-posed.The coefficient of friction is determined,the selection of the clamping hydraulic cylinders parameters are made to design the dental lamina.These methods have been applied to the design of the backup tong in the YDQ90 top drive drilling system,and a successful product has been manufactured.The onsite operation succeeded with ideal result.
