摘要
在现场对承受高压的井口设备进行气密封试验,对于保障设备运行的安全可靠性具有十分重要的意义。针对高压井口设备气密封试验系统的装备与工艺特点,系统分析了试验过程的危险及有害因素,建立了井口设备高压气密封试验事故树,分析了导致爆炸的主要因素,为确定合理的事故防范体系提供了依据。
Carrying out the high pressure gas seal field?test for wellhead equipment is of great significance for the safety of equipment operations.According to the devices and process charac-teristics of the wellhead equipment high pressure seal test system,the wellhead equipment high pressure seal test fault tree was established based on analyzing the hazard factors of the whole test process systematically.The main affecting factors inducing explosion was also analyzed.The above work laid a foundation for providing reasonable prevention system.
