The paper introduces the technology for cement construction of the track bed under the circumstances of heavy wind and drought and huge temperature change, particularly the Xinjiang Bid LXTJ 9 of the second double-track between Xinjiang and Lanzhou such as the principle of cement-mixing ratio, cement anti-breaking plans and the detailed construction of the track.
