Thoughts on Construction and Ecological Civilization

建筑业作为重要的国民经济支柱产业,其在推动国民经济发展中发挥着中流砥柱的作用,但是也越来越显现出其在能源消耗、环境污染、生态破坏方面的严重问题,与生态文明建设的不可持续、不可协调性的矛盾日益突出。结合生态文明建设的总体要求,从树立生态建筑、节能、法制理念等方面进行论述,以缓解和消除建筑业发展与生态文明建设的矛盾,从而实现建筑业与生态文明建设全面协调可持续发展目标。

As a mainstay industry for national economy, construction plays a key role in the promotion of the economy. Despite its importance, serious problems are appearing like energy consumption, environmental pollution, and ecological destruction which pose great conflict to the sustainable and coordinated development of ecology. In line with the general demand of ecological construction, these conflicts are addressed from the perspectives of ecological construction, energy conservation and the conception of rule of law to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of construction and ecology.
