摘要
前列腺癌的发生与发展经历一系列复杂的过程,其特点是病程长且症状隐匿,发现后多处于晚期,一旦发展为雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌,往往给治疗带来难度。细胞内信号通路的异常是肿瘤发生发展的重要机制之一,其中经典Wnt信号通路在前列腺癌中具有重要作用。文章主要关注该信号通路中相关分子的新机制,以期能为抗肿瘤药物研发提供新的靶点。
The development and progression of prostate cancer is a complex process,with characteristics of long course and latent symptoms. Patients are usually diagnosed at an advanced stage. Developing into androgen-independent prostate cancer even brings more difficulty to the treatment of patients. Abnormalities in the intracellular signaling pathway are important mechanisms for the development and progression of prostate cancer, and the canonical Wnt pathway plays an important role in the prostate cancer. This paper mainly focuses on the new mechanisms of relevant molecules in this signaling pathway, expecting to provide new targets for the research and development of anti-tumor drugs.
