摘要 根据乙烯装置分馏塔中质油高温带压的操作工况,以及其中夹带的固相焦粉颗粒特性,设计了HL/S38型旋流捕集器,开发了一种乙烯中质油旋流净化成套技术。该旋流净化成套技术应用于乙烯装置工业侧线实验,获得了旋流捕集器的尺寸、流量、压力降和分离效率的关系。工业侧线实验证明该旋流净化成套技术适用于乙烯工业中质油系统,能连续稳定运行,为下游设备,如:分馏塔、泵、换热器等,减少安全隐患,延长乙烯装置连续运行时间。 Based on high temperature and pressure operation, in which there is solid coke particles existed, in fractionating tower used in ethylene plant, a set of techniques for ethylene quench oil cyclonic purification was developed and cyclonic collector was designed. The experiment to apply this set of techniques in the side line of ethylene plant was carried out so as to obtain the relations among the sizes, flow volume, pressure drop and separation efficiency of this cyclonic collector. It has approved from the experiment that this set of techniques is applicable to the quench oil system used in ethylene industry, and it can make the system continually and stably operated and decrease the safety risks possibly occurred in downward equipment, such as fractionating towers, pumps and heat exchangers. Consequently, the continually operating duration of ethylene plant can be prolonged.
