摘要
以某苯乙烯装置仪表选型及安装实例为背景,针对苯乙烯介质易聚合,易堵,粘度大等特点,分析和探讨了苯乙烯装置仪表选型和应用。并对不同参数的测量解决方案(如:采用带吹扫差压变送器和伽玛射线液位计测量液位,采用科里奥利质量流量计和热式质量流量计检测流量等)进行了分析比较。
With the example of selection and installation of instruments for styrene plant, with respect to the features of easy in polymerization and block and high viscosity for styrene, the selection and application of instruments for styrene plant were analyzed and discussed. For various measuring schemes, such as level measurement by using diff. Pressure transmitter or 7-radial level transmitter and flow measurement by using coriolis mass flow-meter or the thermal mass flow meter, the analysis and the comparison were, then, carried out.
