石甘散对戊四氮致痫大鼠血清Glu含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过观察中药石甘散对戊四氮(PTZ)致痫模型大鼠血清Glu含量的影响,探讨石甘散治疗癫痫的相关机制。方法:60只Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、石甘散组、石菖蒲组、甘松组、西药对照组。随机选取10只作为正常组,其余50只大鼠给予PTZ 35mg/Kg腹腔注射(ip)诱导慢性点燃癫痫模型。各组给药30天后,观察大鼠行为及ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清中Glu含量的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清Glu明显升高,各药物组均可降低血清Glu含量,以石甘散组作用最为显著。结论:中药石甘散能调整PTZ致痫大鼠血清中Glu含量,从而抑制癫痫发作。 Objective:To observe the effect of Shigan powder on serum Glu content of rats with epilepsy induced by PTZ and explore the mechanism. Methods:60 rats were divided into normal, model, Shigan powder, acorus gramineus, rhizoma nardostaohyos and western medicine control groups, each group was given the cormsponding medicine for 30days. Observing the behavior changes of rats during the experiment, serum Glu content was determined by ELISA. Results : To compare with normal group, the serum Glu content of model rat was obviusly raised, the Glu content of each medicine group was significandy reduced, the effect of Shigan powder was the most obvious, that was similar to the effect of western medicine. Conclusion:Shigan powder can regulate the serum Glu level to inhilit epileptytic seizure.
