摘要
目的:观察金钱草、茵陈对日本大耳白兔胆囊管运动的作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将离体胆囊管置入恒温滤槽krebs中灌流,用BL-410生物信号系统记录胆囊管张力活动曲线,待稳定30分钟后,记录5分钟作为对照,然后观察药物对其作用45分钟的曲线变化。结果:水煎剂金钱草、茵陈可提高日本大耳白兔胆囊管平滑肌收缩张力,与药前比较差异显著(P<0.01),与对照枳实组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);金钱草增加胆囊管张力约为茵陈的1.04倍,是枳实的5.31倍;而茵陈提高胆囊管收缩张力是枳实的5.08倍,其作用可被心得安选择性阻断。结论:金钱草和茵陈可加强胆囊管收缩,促进胆囊管蠕动,有利于胆汁排出;其作用机制一部分可能是通过阻断β受体所介导。
Objective:To observe the effects of lysimachia, herba artemisiae scopariae on rabbits bile duct motor function to explore its mechanism of action. Methods: Perfusion of isolated cystic duct in constant temperature filter tank Kreb ,using BL -410 biological signal to record system gallbladder tension curve. Stable after 30 minutes, record 5 minutes as the control, then observe the change curve of drug acting on it in 45 minutes. Resuits: Lysimachia, herba artemisiae scopariae decoction can significantly improve the cystic duct smooth muscle contraction of rabbits, compared with those before treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the control immature bitter orange group (P 〈 0. 01 ,or P 〈 0. 05 ). The tension of lysimachia christinae increasing bile duct was about 1.04 times larger than that of herba artemisiae scopariae ,5.31 times than that of the immature bitter orange. The tension of herba artemisiae seopariac improving the cystic duct contraction is 5.08 times larger than that of the immature Bitter Orange, and the effecta of selective can be blocked by propranolol. Conclusions : Lysimachia, hcrba artemi- siae scopariae can strengthen the bile duct contraction, and promote the bile duct peristalsis to eliminate bile from the ceils. Its mechanism may be partially mediated by blockade of beta receptor.
