浅议医院图书馆个性化信息服务的必要性及实施策略

Discussions about the Necessity of Hospital Library Individualized Information Service and the Corresponding Strategies

医院图书馆在医院临床、科研和教学工作中发挥了重要作用，在高度信息化的网络时代，如何提高医院图书馆的利用效率值得深入研究。鉴于目前网络化时代各种信息资源铺天盖地，因此医院图书馆有义务对各项资源进行归纳整理，提供个性化信息服务。本文从个性化信息服务定义出发，深刻分析了其实行的必要性，并探讨了其实施的各种具体策略，以期能针对不同读者提供不同个性化信息服务，从而大大提高图书馆的使用效率，推动医院科研和临床医疗工作的进度和发展。

Hospital libraries play an important role in the hospital clinical, research and teaching works. In a highly informatization of network, how to improve the utilization efifciency of the hospital library need further study. Given the current network provided variety of information resources, and therefore the obligation of the hospital library resources to collate and provide personalized information services. From the personalized information service deifnition, the present study analyzed the necessity for its implementation, and evaluated a variety of speciifc strategies for their implementation. We hoped that these strategies can provide personalized information service different for different readers, improve the efficiency of the library greatly, and promote the progress and development of the hospital research and clinical works.
