对住宅厨房集中排烟系统进行了理论计算 ,认为影响排烟效果的主要因素是烟道面积、开机率和排烟机性能。指出评价排烟系统排烟效果时 ,应考核两个指标 ,即各楼层排烟机排风量及排烟机排风量随楼层降低而衰减的幅度 ,前者应大于 2 5 0m3/h ,后者衰减的幅度越小越好。

Calculates the volume and pressure of exhaust hood in residential kitchen in high rise buildings. Considers that the main factors influencing the exhausting effect are sectional area of duct, numbers of exhaust hoods operating at the same time and performance of the exhaust hood. Points out the two indexes,exhaust volume of exhaust hood and decreased degree of exhaust volume with decrease of floor height should be checked while evaluating effect of exhaust hood. The former should be more than 250 m 3/h,the less the better for the latter.
