盛丽先教授临床应用养阴清肺汤举隅

Pro.Sheng Lixian's Clinical Experience in Treating Children Diseases with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction

[目的]总结盛丽先教授运用养阴清肺汤的经验。[方法]以养阴清肺汤加减治疗小儿感染后血小板减少症、反复化脓性扁桃体炎、肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽3则医案探讨其疗效,总结运用养阴清肺汤的病证特点。[结果]盛师根据小儿"阳常有余,阴常不足"的生理特点和病易热化伤及肺胃之阴的病理特点,运用养阴清肺汤加减治疗后,上述3例患儿病情均明显好转。[结论]盛丽先教授紧密结合小儿生理病理特点,辨证运用养阴清肺汤加减治疗小儿疾病,疗效显著,值得推广借鉴。

[Objective] To analyse Pro.Sheng Lixian＇s clinical experience in treating children diseases with Yangyin Qingfei（nourish Yin to clear lung）Decoction.[Method] Take 3 recipe cases to discuss the cure effects,i.e.children infected thrombopenia,recurrent suppurative tonsillitis and chronic cough after infection with pneumonia mycoplasma to sum up the clinical features of the decoction.[Result] Under children physiological characteristic of＂often remaining Yang and sufficient Yin＂,and the pathological feature of their diseases often changing hot to harm Yin of lung and stomach,after treated with the decoction,the 3 cases above were all better obviously.[Conclusion] Pro.Sheng Lixian＇s applying revised Yangyin Qingfei Decoction for treating children diseases had marked cure effect,worth promotion and reference.
