加味止嗽散治疗“雾霾咳嗽”疗效观察(附145例对比报告)

“Haze Cough” Treated with Revised Zhisou Powder(with Comparative Report of 145 Cases)

[目的]探讨加味止嗽散治疗＂雾霾咳嗽＂的治疗疗效。[方法]选取来自本院门诊就诊的＂雾霾咳嗽＂患者145例,随机分为对照组70例,治疗组75例。对照组采用西药对症治疗;治疗组采用＂加味止嗽散＂（为方便吸收和服用,散剂改为汤剂）治疗。两组的疗程3-10d,平均（6.5±1.8）d后,比较疗效。[结果]治疗组75例患者,治愈54例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率为92.0%。对照组70例患者,治愈31例,有效24例,无效15例,总有效率78.6%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]加味止嗽散治疗＂雾霾咳嗽＂疗效满意,值得临床推广。

[Objective] To discuss the treatment effect of haze cough by revised Zhisou Powder.[Method] Choose 145 cases of haze cough,divide them into control group 70 cases and treatment group 75 cases.The control one took western medicine;the treatment one,revised Zhisou Powder（decoction instead for convenient absorption and taking）.[Result] In treatment group,54 cases were cured,15 effective,6 in vain,total effective rate 92.0%.In control one,they were respectively 31,24,15 and 78.6%.Both groups had difference of statistical meaning with comparing the cure rate and total effective rate.[Conclusion] Revised Zhisou Powder had satisfying effect on haze cough,worth clinical promotion.
