肢伤三方联合锁定钢板治疗老年人股骨远端骨折的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Zhishang Sanfang with Locking Plate in the Treatment of Distal Femoral Fractures for the Elderly Patients

[目的]观察肢伤三方联合锁定钢板治疗老年人股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。[方法]将104例股骨远端骨折老年患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各52例。对照组给予锁定钢板治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予肢伤三方治疗,比较两组患者的骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合率、美国特种外科医院(the hospital for special surgery,HSS)膝关节功能评分及术后并发症的发生情况。[结果]治疗组治疗后骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00);治疗组与对照组的骨折愈合率差异无统计学意义(P=0.21);治疗后治疗组HSS膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00);治疗组与对照组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.07)。[结论]肢伤三方联合锁定钢板治疗能减少骨折愈合时间,改善术后膝关节功能,促进骨折愈合。

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of Zhishang Sanfang with locking plate on distal femoral fracture for the elderly patients.[Methods] 104 cases of distal femoral fracture for the elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups,Zhishang Sanfan with locking treatment group and locking control group.To compare the outcomes of the two groups,such as bone healing time,bone healing rate,HSS evaluation result,and postoperative complications.[Results]The bone healing time of Zhishang Sanfan group was less than the conrol group,and there was a significant difference.In addition,The statistical results indicated that there was a significant difference in the distribution of HSS evaluation result between the two groups.[Conclusions]Compare with the control group,Zhishang Sanfan with locking plate has the characteristics of less bone healing time,more satisfactory function recovery,less postoperative complications,and higher rate of bone union in the treatment of the comminuted fracture of distal femur.
