柴桂温胆汤治疗中风后抑郁疗效观察

Post-stroke Depression Treated with Chaigui Wendan Decoction

[目的]探讨柴桂温胆汤治疗中风后抑郁的治疗效果。[方法]将我院自2010年3月至2011年3月收治的54例中风后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组27例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用盐酸氟西汀治疗,治疗组采用柴桂温胆汤治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后的总有效率、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分情况、临床神经功能缺乏程度以及不良反应。[结果]两组患者在治疗6周后,治疗组患者总有效率为88.9%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分和临床神经功能缺乏程度上,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在不良反应上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]柴桂温胆汤治疗中风后抑郁效果好。

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of Chaigui Wandan Decoction treating post-stroke depression.[Method] Randomly divide 54 cases into control group and treatment group,n=27 for each.The control one took fluoxetine hydrochloride on the base of routine therapy;the treatment one took Chaigui Weandan Decoction.Comparatively analyse both total effective rates,Hamilton＇s Depression Scale scores,clinical nerve function lack degree and side effects.[Result] At 6w after treatment,the treatment group had total effective rate 88.9%,more than control group 66.7%,and the difference had statistical significance;on Hamilton＇s Depression Scale score and clinical nerve function lack degree,the treatment group was much better than control one too,with statistical significance;but they had no statistical significance on side effects.[Conclusion] Chaigui Wendan Decoction had good cure effect on post-stroke depression,and could be promoted in clinic greatly.
