摘要
[目的]探讨基于区域医学影像共享平台的大影像教学资源开发和信息技术的教学革新。[方法]在基于区域影像共享(cross-enterprise document sharing for imaging,XDS-I)技术框架的区域医学影像共享平台的基础上,利用整合在影像工作站的电子教案(electronic teaching file,ETF)生成模块,设计和集成脑图软件、视频报告、考试软件,并通过与医学影像共享平台交互的接口,利用区域医学影像共享平台中海量的数字化大影像资料,实现大影像电子教案的制作,构建包含放射、核医学、超声、病理等学科的大影像教学系统。[结果]通过整合在影像工作站中的ETF生成模块,集成脑图软件、视频报告和考试模块,成功构建包含放射、核医学、超声、病理等学科的大影像教学系统。[结论]成功构建基于区域医学影像共享平台的大影像教学系统,最大限度实现大影像教学资源共享,将改变大影像教学模式,极大地提升影像医学的教学质量。
[Purpose] To explore the wide range of medical imaging teaching resources development based on regional medical imaging sharing platform and information technology-based education innovation.[Methods] On basis of the medical imaging sharing platform based on the cross-enterprise document sharing for imaging(XDS-I),the electronic teaching file(ETF) was created through the interface module with the medical imaging sharing platform by using ETF creating module integrated in imaging work station.The Brain Atlas,the Video Report and the Quiz were designed and integrated in the teaching file system.The large number of ETF can be created by making use of the mass digitization image data in regional medical imaging sharing platform.The wide range of the medical imaging teaching file system was built including radiology,nuclear medicine,ultrasound,pathology and others.[Result] By using the generation module of the ETF,and integrating the Brain Atlas,the Video Report and the Quiz into the imaging work station,the wide range of the medical imaging teaching file system was built successfully including radiology,nuclear medicine,ultrasound,pathology and others.[Conclusion] The wide range of the medical imaging teaching file system has been built successfully based on the medical imaging sharing platform.It will realize the maximum sharing of the wide range of the medical imaging teaching resources,change teaching mode and greatly improve the teaching quality of the wide range of the medical imaging.
