摘要
[目的]从文献学角度研究清代石成金《食鉴本草》的学术特点与文献价值,以期探索该书在明清食疗史中发挥的作用。[方法]本文通过对清代养生学家石成金的生平、成书背景,以及其《食鉴本草》的版本、学术特点作简要考证与浅述,挖掘该书的价值。[结果]本书是一本侧重于饮食养生的食疗类本草专著,其"治未病"思想贯穿于始末,并重视从食物的产时、产地、宜忌等方面鉴别食用,告诫人们需饮食节度;在细微处体现出石氏食养与儒释道思想兼收并蓄的特点。[结论]清代石成金《食鉴本草》不同于古代其它食疗类本草著作,其更注重食物宜忌、鉴别方面的内容,以一种通俗易懂的方式传播饮食养生的理念。
[Objective] Research academic characteristics and literature value on Identified Food Material Medica written by Shi Chengjin in Qing Dynasty from philology angle,in order to explore the role of the book in the history of dietotherapy in the Ming and Qing dynasties.[Methods] Finding the literature value by researching author's life,writing background and current version of Identified Food Material Medica and making a comment on this article.[Results] The book is one of herbal monographs focusing on dietotherapy,with the thought of "preventive treatment of disease" throughout.It attaches importance to identifying food from their output time,origin as well as the compatibility and incompatibility of diet.Besides that it warns people to use food with alimentary control at the same time.Finally,it reflects the features of dietotherapy regimen in confucianism,buddhism and daoism in details.[Conclusions] Identified Food Material Medica is different from the ancient herbal monographs on dietotherapy,it pays more attention to how to identify edible method,in a comprehensible way to spread the concept of dietotherapy.
