应用品管圈降低体检中心护理人员针刺伤发生率

Applying Quality Control Circle to Decrease the Incidence of Needle Stick Injuries of Nursing Staff in Physical Examination Center

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低体检中心护理人员针刺伤的应用和效果。方法 2012年10月至2013年12月,围绕降低护理人员针刺伤发生率展开品管圈活动,采取自发自愿原则组建品管圈,具体内容包括活动主题确定、拟定活动计划、把握现状与设定目标、解析问题、拟定与实施对策等,比较实行品管圈前后的针刺伤发生率。结果开展品管圈活动后,体检中心护理人员针刺伤发生率从10.5%降至2.9%,解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调等平均提升1.0分。结论品管圈提高护理人员的职业防护意识,降低针刺伤发生率,保障了护理人员的人身安全。

Objective To investigate the application and effects of QCC in reducing the incidence of nee-dle stick injuries in nurses staff of physical examination center .Methods From October 2012 to December 2013 , in order to reduce the incidence of nurses needle stick injuries , we applied QCC .We adopted the principle of spon-taneous voluntary .Specific content included the theme activity , activity plan , grasping the present situation and the goal setting , parsing problem , formulating and implementing strategies and so on .We compared the incidence be-fore and after the implementation of QCC .Results After the QCC , nurses incidence of needle stick injuries re-duced from 10 .5%to 2 .9%.Sense of responsibility , ability of problem-solving , communication and coordination increase on an average of 1.0 points.Conclusion QCC increased nurses＆#39;occupational protection consciousness , reduced the needle stick injuries rate , and protected the personal safety of nurses .
