摘要
药品精细化管理是保证医院医疗质量、安全和控制医院成本的重要环节,本文从精细化管理的内涵出发,分析实施药品器材精细化管理进程中存在的缺乏宣传、制定规则不细致、推行过程中缺乏交流三个问题,针对这些问题,提出注重流程化管理、加强规章制度精细化管理等五个对策。
Refined management of drug is an key link of assuring the medical quality , safety and cost control of hospital.The article analyzed the main three problems existing in refined management of medical sup-plies, which included shortage of propaganda, not careful of regulation formulating, shortage of communication. Five countermeasures were put forward , such as paying attention to the process management , strengthening the regulation, etc.
