摘要
医疗设备是大型综合医院建设现代化、研究型医院的物质基础。结合本院医疗设备管理的实践,从医疗设备的购置管理、使用管理、维修管理、使用人员培训、绩效评价等五个方面,阐述实现对医院医疗设备的科学管理。
Medical equipment is the basic substance support for the modernization construction of large comprehensive research-oriented hospital .Combining with the practice , the author introduced the main measures of the scientific management of medical equipment from five aspects as follows：purchasing, utilization, maintain, staff training , performance evaluation .
