摘要
为提高自动电磁铆接系统的可靠性与可控性,降低系统运行成本,实现控制、网络通信、实时分析及仿真模拟等功能,架构了基于可编程自动化控制器的自动电磁铆接系统。该系统通过激光跟踪仪标定坐标系,软件编程生成控制指令,上位机的组态软件通过通道建设、编辑、工程量转换及编程等进行仿真模拟。下位机软件通过编程、参数设置和I/O设置,对传感器及开关等设备进行控制。
In order to improve electromagnetic riveting system' s reliability and controllability,reduce operating costs and to achieve control and network communications and real-time analysis and simulation, a PAC- based auto-electromagnetic riveting system was established, which determines coordinate frame through laser tracker and generates control command by programming the software;its host computer configuration software conducts simulation though the channel construction, edit, quantities conversion and programming;and its slave comp-ter controls both sensors and switches through programming,and setting parameters and setting I/O.
