民办高校产权问题研究述评

Review on the Ownership Research of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

民办高校产权问题是近年来民办教育研究中的一个核心问题。近年来,学术界的研究焦点主要集中在民办高校产权的基本属性、产权权益及完善民办高校产权政策三个方面。文章在介绍和评述这些研究成果的基础上,总结现有研究的不足,并对今后的民办高校产权研究提出展望,以期为我国民办高校产权未来的研究提供有益参考。

The ownership of non-governmental institutions of higher learning is one of the core research issues .In recent years , research community has mainly focused on the three aspects of property rights , the basic attributes and the policy .Based on the introduction and review of the results of these studies , this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the existing research , and raises the prospects for future research on the ownership of non-governmental institutions of higher learning so as to provide useful refer-ence for future research .
