慢性非癌痛的药物治疗新进展

Progress of pharmacotherapy in chronic non-cancer pain

慢性非癌痛(chronic non-cancer pain,CNCP)是指持续时间超过3个月的非恶性肿瘤引起的疼痛,包括背痛、骨关节痛、纤维肌痛和头痛等。它本身即为一类疾病,发病率高,严重影响人类的身心健康和生活质量,也增加了社会的经济负担。其治疗应遵循以疼痛机制为导向的个体化镇痛模式,在众多的治疗方法中,药物治疗是CNCP治疗的一个重要组成部分,也是治疗的基础,本文针对近年来CNCP药物治疗进展做一评述。

Chronic non-cancer pain（CNCP） includes any painful disorder or diseases that persists for≥3 months and is not associated with cancer,including back pain,osteoarthritis,fibromyalgia,headache and so on.CNCP is actually a kind of disease,and characterized by a high incidence,seriously impact on physical and mental health of humans.Also,it increases the economic burden for society.Treatment should be guided by the mechanisms of the pain.In the numerous methods,pharmacotherapy is an important component of pain treatment,and is the basis for CNCP.This review summarizes recent studies of therapeutic advance.
