摘要
目的:改进新型辐射保护剂Ex-Rad的合成工艺。方法:以对氯氯苄和巯基乙酸为起始原料,经取代、氧化、缩合、成盐4步反应得到目标产物。结果:目标产物经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、元素分析、高分辨质谱确证其化学结构。总产率可达30.4%,产品纯度可达99.6%以上。结论:该合成工艺操作简单,适合工业化生产。
Objective:To improve the synthesis process of Ex-Rad,a novel radioprotectant.Methods:The target compound was synthesized from 4-chlorobenzyl chloride and mercaptoacetic acid as the starting materials via four steps including substitution,oxidation,condensation and salification.Results:The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1^H-NMR,13^C-NMR,elemental analysis and HRMS.The total yield of the target compound was 30.4%,and its HPLC purity was more than 99.6%.Conclusion:The improved process is suitable for industrialization because of its simplified operation.
