摘要
分析了碳纤维拉伸模量测试中存在的问题,表明引伸计是准确测试碳纤维拉伸模量的必要设备.通过对T800-12K碳,纤维拉伸模量测试结果的分析比较,认为应变范围的选择直接影响模量的计算结果,在应变范围为0.2%~0.7%时,可以获得具有与标称值很好一致性的结果.拉伸形变速率对模量测试结果具有一定影响,研究表明拉伸形变速率约0.1/min对于碳纤维拉伸模量测试较为合适.
The problems during testing of tensile modulus for carbon fiber were analyzed,and it was concluded that extensometer is essential for accurate measuring tensile modulus of carbon fiber.By comparing and analyzing the testing results of the tensile modulus of Toray 12K T800 carbon fibers,it shows that the strain range during calculation of tensile modulus directly affects testing results.The tensile modulus calculated in the strain range of 0.2% to 0.7% is in good accordance with the modulus value provided by Toray.The strain rate during tensile testing affects the tensile modulus obtained,and strain rate of about 0.1/min is suitable for tensile modulus testing of carbon fibers.
