摘要 结合对位芳纶树脂的分离纯化技术研究课题,着重研讨了聚合物树脂中和介质、分离温度对树脂粘度的影响、树脂粒径对HCl萃取率的影响、pH值对钙离子萃取效果的影响等关键问题。实验与生产实践结果表明:宜采用NaOH溶液洗涤聚合物树脂;洗涤分离温度控制在40℃左右;树脂粒径越小,越有利于其分离纯化;树脂的水悬浮液pH值需要合理控制。 The separation technology of PPTA resin is studied.Medium neutralized the PPTA resin,Influence of separation temperature on the viscosity of the resin,influence of resin particle size on HCl extraction rate,influence of pH value on calcium ion extraction effect were discussed by the author respectively In this paper.The experiments show that it is better to use NaOH solution to wash PPTA resin,the optimized washing separation temperature is 40 ℃,the smaller resin particles are more favorable to separation of PPTA,the pH value of water suspension of PPTA resin is required to control reasonably.
