摘要
为了明确啶虫脒在高原夏菜上的残留及其在生产中的合理使用,采用气相色谱-质谱法测定了啶虫脒在高原夏菜甘蓝和青花菜上的残留量;分析比较了啶虫脒在两种蔬菜上的降解动态.结果表明,啶虫脒在两种高原夏菜上的残留降解动态均符合一级反应动力学模型,但在相同施药剂量下啶虫脒在青花菜上的残留沉积量高于甘蓝,并且降解缓慢,其半衰期在青花菜上为3.5~3.9 d,甘蓝上为3.0~3.3 d.啶虫脒在药后9、15d分别在甘蓝和青花菜上的残留量均可降到规定的最大残留限量以下.因此,建议3%啶虫脒EC按15.75~18.0 g/hm2施用,在甘蓝上的安全间隔期不少于9d,青花菜上不少于15d.
In order to study degradation dynamics of acetamiprid in different kinds of plateau summer vegetables and reasonable application of the pesticide in production. Residues of acetamiprid in leaves of cabbages and broccolies were determined by GC-MS method. The results showed that residual degradation dynamics of acetamiprid in two kinds of plateau summer vegetables followed first-order kinetics model. While residues were significantly higher and degraded more rapidly in leaves of broccolies than that of cabbages under the same dose. The half-life was from 3.0 to 3.3 days in cabbage leaves and from 3.5 to 3,9 days in broecolies, respectively. Residue of acetamiprid up to MRL of specified standard was after 9 d in cabbages and was after 15d in broccolies. Suggestions were proposed that acetamiprid 3% EC was used at a dose of 15.75-18.0 g/hm2 with a safe interval period of not less than 9 days in cabbages and 15 days in broecolies.
