复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素、TNF-a、IL-6的影响

Effect of compound Dan-shen drop pills on serum adiponectin TNF-a,IL-6 of early diabetic nephropathy patients

目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素、TNF-a、IL-6的影响。方法:将血压正常的90例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组予以控制血糖、糖尿病教育等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸15粒,每日3次,均治疗12周。观察治疗前后两组患者血清脂联素、TNF-a、IL-6及尿微量白蛋白的变化。结果:治疗12周后,治疗组与治疗前相比P<0.01;且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸能明显升高早期糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平,降低尿微量白蛋白及TNF-a、IL-6水平,对早期糖尿病肾病具有治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the influence of compound Dan-shen Drop pills on serum adiponectin,TNF-a ,IL-6 of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients.Methods：Ninety patients who Blood pressure is in the normal range were divided into control group and treatment group,all of them were given control blood glucose,diabetic education conventional treatment and so on.While those in treatment group,besides of treatment as control group,were given compound Dan-shen drop pills ,15 pills,3 times a day,all treatment course were 12weeks.The level of serum adiponectin,TNF-a,IL-6 of the two groups were detected and compared.Results：After 12 weeks treatment,the level of UAER,TNF-a ,IL-6 were significantly lower than those before and their serum adiponectin contents were increased（P〈0.01）.All the improvements were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compound Dan-shen drop pills can reduce UAER,decrease TNF-a,IL-6,and increase adiponectin,and has curative effect on diabetic nephropathy in earlier stage.
