活血洗剂熏洗治疗肛裂126例临床观察

Clinical observation of Huoxue lotion fumigation and washing in the treatment of 126 cases with anal fissure

目的:观察自拟活血洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法:对126例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肛裂患者采用活血洗剂坐浴熏洗治疗,7d为一个疗程。2个疗程后观察治疗效果及VAS评分变化。结果:治疗前后VAS疼痛评分有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),活血洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肛裂疗效明显,总有效率92.85%。结论:活血洗剂治疗肛裂经济实用、疗效显著,无创伤苦痛,无不良反应,患者易于接受,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of HuoXue Lotion fumigation and washing in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods：126 Cases with anal fissure were given the treatment of HuoXue Lotion fumigation and washing,7d for a period of therapy then the treatment effect and VAS score changes were observed after two periods.Results：VAS pain score was very significant difference before and after the treatment（P〈0.01）, HuoXue Lotion fumigation and washing has a significant effect in the treatment of anal fissure with 1th and 2nd and the total effective rate is 92.85%.Conclusion： HuoXue Lotion fumigation and washing in the treatment of anal fissure is economical, practical and effective, and it has no wound pain, no bad reaction.It is easier for patients to accept which is worth promoting.
