通关汤加味治疗良性前列腺增生及其对睾酮、雌二醇的影响

目的：观察研究通关汤加味治疗良性前列腺增生及其对睾酮、雌二醇的影响。方法：选取于2002年11月～2012年12月的入院接受治疗的患有良性前列腺增生的患者58例，将这些患者划分为两组，对照组患者采用过的是保列治治疗，而观察组则是使用通关汤治疗。疗程为六个月。患者在治疗前需要进行检测，包括膀胱残余尿量Ru；前列腺体积VP；前列腺症状评分IPSS；最大尿流率Qmax以及外周血中睾酮和雌二醇的含量。在疗程结束后仍需要对这些数据进行检测。对比诊治前与诊治后的数据，观察通关汤对良性前列腺增生以及睾酮，雌二醇的影响情况。结果：对比两组患者数据，以及两组患者在治疗前与治疗后的对比，我们可以明显的发现，观察组患者治疗的额有效率高达93.10%，而对照组患者则为68.97%。且出现明显的雌二醇（E2）的升高。结论：通关汤加味治疗良性前列腺增生疗效显著，且对睾酮和雌二醇浓度存在一定的影响。

Objective：to observe the customs of tonga taste treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and its influence on testosterone and estradiol. Results：compared to two group of patient data, and two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment comparison, we can clearly found that observation group of patients treatment efficiency is as high as 93.10%,while the control group patients was 68.97%.The going up of estradiol （E2） and apparent.Conclusion：customs clearance tonga taste benign prostatic hyperplasia with obvious therapeutic effect, and to have a certain influence on the concentration of testosterone and estradiol.
