三联疗法联合丹参注射液治疗55例胃溃疡患者临床体会

Clinical experience of treating 55 gastric patients with triple therapy combined with salvia injection

目的：探讨三联疗法联合丹参注射液治疗胃溃疡的有效性及安全性。方法：选取2011年9月～2013年9月我院收治的110例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用三联疗法治疗，实验组采用丹参注射液联合三联疗法治疗，观察比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：两组胃溃疡临床疗效及特殊症状积分比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；相比于对照组，治疗组治疗后胃溃疡疗效总有效率明显增高，比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗不良反应发生率为16．36％；对照组为1．82％，两组不良反应发生率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：采用三联疗法联合丹参注射液治疗胃溃疡具有很好的疗效，其安全性高，值得在临床上进一步应用。

Objective：To discuss the effectiveness and security of treating gastric ulcer with triple therapy combined with salvia injection.Method： 110 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were randomized into the experimental group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with triple therapy and that in the experimental group were treated with triple therapy combined with salvia injection. Observe and compare the clinical efficacy and the adverse reaction rate of the two groups. Result： The clinical efficacy and the specific symptoms of the two group were obviously different（P〈0.05）; the total rate of clinical efficacy of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 16.36% and that of the control group was 1.82%.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It has a good clinical efficacy to treat gastric ulcer with triple therapy combined with salvia injection. It is of high-security and deserve a promotion to the clinical.
