中西医结合优质护理在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤内固定术的应用

Application of high-quality nursing of TCM integrated with western medicine in the internal fixation for spinal fracture with spinal injury

目的：探讨在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤内固定术中应用中西医结合优质护理的临床效果。方法：选取我院于2012年6月～2013年8月间收治的64例脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者为研究对象，按住院治疗时间分为对照组和观察组，均包括32例患者。对照组按骨科常规护理方法进行护理，观察组给予中西医结合优质护理，对应用两种不同护理方法所取得的临床效果进行比较。结果：对照组伤口感染4例，脑脊液漏3例，伤口裂开2例，并发症发生率为28.13%，观察组仅发生2例伤口感染，并发症发生率为6.67%；在护理满意度方面，对照组的护理满意度为62.5%，观察组为93.8%；对照组的平均住院时间为（17.3±3.4） d,观察组则为（13.1±2.8）d。组间比较差异明显，均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤内固定术中应用中西医结合优质护理可有效缩短平均住院时间，降低并发症发生率，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-quality nursing of TCM integrated with western medicine in the internal fixation for spinal fracture with spinal injury.Methods：64 cases selected as research objects in our hospital from June 2012 to August 2013 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the time of hospitalization, 32 cases each group. Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing, while patients in the treatment group were given high-quality nursing of TCM integrated with western medicine.The clinical effects of the two nursing methods were compared. Results： In the control group, 4 cases have wound infection, 3 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, 2 cases of wound dehiscence and the incident rate of complications is 28.13%. In the observation group, 2 cases have wound infection, the incident rate of complications is 6.67%. In the nursing satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of the control group is 62.5%,while the observation is 93.8%. The average stay of the control group is （17.3±3.4） d,while the observation group is （13.1±2.8）d. Compared with two groups, it has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：High-quality nursing of TCM integrated with western medicine in the internal fixation for spinal fracture with spinal injury can effectively shorten the average stay with a low incident rate of complications which has great clinical value.
