土三七总酚酸抗动脉粥样硬化作用的实验研究

Experimental study on anti-atherosclerotic effect of total phenolic acid in the sedum aizoon L

目的:观察土三七总酚酸对动物血脂水平及主动脉粥样硬化斑块影响。方法:新西兰大白兔喂养高脂饲料,诱发为动脉粥样硬化动物模型,将72只家兔随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组,土三七总酚酸高、中、低剂量组,共6组,通过观察各组家兔血脂水平和粥样硬化斑块面积,反应药物治疗的效果。结果:土三七总酚酸高、中剂量组能明显降低模型家兔血浆胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC),缩小硬化斑块面积。结论:土三七总酚酸能明显改善动脉粥样硬化的血脂和降低硬化斑块,起到较好疗效。

Objective：To study the effect of total phenolic acid in the Sedum Aizoon L on the blood lipid levels of animal and the atherosclerotic plaques. Method：Feed the New Zealand white rabbits with high fat fodder, making animal models of atherosclerosis.72 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups：blank control group,model group,positive group with high, middle and low dosages of total phenolic acid in the Sedum Aizoon L.Observing the rabbits’ blood lipid level and the area of atherosclerotic plaque, so as to learn the effect of the medication.Result：the total cholesterol and the area of atherosclerotic plaque of the New Zealand white rabbits in the high and middle dosages group were dramatically.Conclusion：Total phenolic acid in the Sedum Aizoon L can obviously reduce the blood lipid and the area of atherosclerosis sclerosis plaques and has a good curative effect.
