李东垣创作《脾胃论》的大纲是什么?是张仲景"甲己化土"之妙法,甲指甲胆春生少阳之气,己指太阴脾胃之气,脾胃全靠春生少阳之气才能升降浮沉,所以"凡十一脏取决于胆"。从而总结出一套完整的脾胃病的病因病机、主证、主脉、主病位及诊断方法、治则和组方用药。
What is the outline of Li Dong yuan’s Treatise on Spleen and Stomach？ It is Zhang Zhongjing’s excellent method of“Jia and Yi can transform into earth”. Jia refers to the gallbladder qi of Shaoyang generated in the spring. Yi refers to the spleen and stomach qi of Taiyin. The ascending, descending, floating and sinking of spleen and stomach all depend on the qi of Shaoyang generated in the spring. This is wh y“all the eleven Zang-visceral was determined by gallbladder”. According to th is the ory, Li sum marized a whole s ystems of spleen and stomach diseases, including the causes and pathogens, the main s yndromes, the pulses, the locations, the diagnosis methods, the treatment principles and the prescriptions.
