试述《伤寒论》小柴胡汤三阳同病的临床应用

Discussion on clinical application of Xiaochaihu decoction from treatise on cold damage diseases for three Yang diseases

小柴胡汤是现代临床应用最为广泛的一张方剂,外感内伤,男女老幼,只要病机符合少阳枢机不利者,皆可应用;三阳同病之所以用小柴胡汤,是因为少阳主枢,内调阳明,外达太阳,枢机运转,则内外通达,使太阳之邪从外而解,阳明之热从里而消,实乃和解之良剂,为"和剂之祖。"
