针灸配合自拟冬凌利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture with self-made Dongling Liyan decoction for chronic pharyngitis

目的：观察针灸配合自拟冬凌利咽汤辨证论治慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年5月～2013年12月在宁夏医科大学中医门诊部、河南省济源市妇幼保健院耳鼻喉科诊治的慢性咽炎患者275例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组153例，给予针灸配合自拟冬凌利咽汤治疗，对照组122例，给予咽局部注射疗法，比较两组治疗效果，运用统计学软件评估两组治疗前后的有效率。结果：治疗组有效率91.17%，对照组79.51%，两组相比具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸配合自拟冬凌利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎临床疗效明显。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with self-made Dongling Liyan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods：275 cases with chronic pharyngitis from May,2011 to December, 2013 in the TCM clinic of Ningxia Medical University and the department of ENT of MCH Hospital of Jiy uan City Henan Province were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 153 cases in the treatment group taken the therapy of acupuncture with self-made Dongling Liyan Decoction, 122 cases in the control group taken th etherapy of pharyngeal local in jection. The curative effects wer e compared and the effective r ates of the two groups were evaluated before and after the treatment by the statistical software. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group is 91.17%, the control group 79.51%,there were signi ficant differences between the two groups P〈0.05.Conclusion：It has a significant efficacy of acupuncture with self-made Dongling Liyan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
