PFNA结合中医骨伤协定方治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究

A clinical research on treating intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients with PFNA and unanimous methods of traditional Chinese medicine for fractures

目的:对PFNA结合中医骨伤协定方法在治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果进行分析研究。方法:对我院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折的高龄患者采用PFNA联合中医骨伤协定治疗的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:本组共53例患者手术均获得成功,术后有2例患者出现髋关节疼痛,有1例患者发生下肢静脉血栓;患者术后髋关节功能评分平均为(91.6±2.3)分。结论:对于股骨粗隆间骨折的高龄患者可采取PFNA结合骨伤协定方的治疗方法进行治疗,以促进患者术后骨折的愈合,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To analyze and study the effect of PFNA and unanimous methods of TCM for fracture on treating intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients. Methods：Clinical data of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital and treated with PFNA and unanimous methods of TCM for fracture were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Operations of 53 patients in this group were successful. After the operation, two patients had hip joint pain and one had thrombus of lower extremity veins;the average score of the hip joint function was 91.6 ± 2.3 points. Conclusion：For intertrochanteric fractures in aged patients, PFNA and unanimous methods of TCM for fracture can promote the healing of the fracture and improve the curative effect.
