不同麻醉方法在新式剖宫产术中应用的对比观察

Different aneshtetic methods in the applica-tions of new cesarean section

目的：探讨不同麻醉方法在新式剖宫产术中对母体、胎儿、麻醉效果的影响．方法：选择新式剖宫产产妇64例，其中采用硬膜外麻醉（EPS组）32例，采用腰-硬联合麻醉（CSEA组）32例，对比两种麻醉方法在新式剖宫产术式中对母体、胎儿及麻醉效果的影响．结果：麻醉效果差者CSEA组明显少于EPS组（P＜0．01），CSEA组的麻醉时间、取胎时间、手术时间均短于EPS组（P＜0．01），术中产妇、胎儿情况两组均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）．结论：腰-硬联合麻醉与新式剖宫产术式的联合应用能够使麻醉时间、取胎时间、手术时间均短于EPS 组（P ＜0．01），并且能够充分暴露术野，改善手术医生操作条件，提高产妇满意率，是一种新的麻醉方法和剖宫产术式．

AIM：To discuss the effects of different anesthetic methods in new-style cesarean section for maternal,fetal and an-esthesia.METHODS：64 cases of new cesarean were selected. 32 cases of which were chosen as the epidural anesthesia group （EPS）,while 32 cases as the combined spinal epidual anesthesia （CSEA）.Comparing the effect of two anesthesia methods in new-style cesarean section for maternal,fetal and anesthesia.RE-SULTS：Anesthesia effect of CSEA group was less than EPS group＇s （P〈0.01）.CSEA group was shorter than EPS group in anesthesia time,extraction time,operation time （P〈0.01）.The maternal and fetal conditions in two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION：CSEA group was shor-ter than EPS group in anesthesia time,extraction time,operation time（P〈0.01）,and can fully expose the operative field as well as improve the operating conditions and satisfaction rate.It is a new anesthesia method and cesarean section.
