脑电图在脑梗死诊断中的应用价值

The application value of electroencephalo-gram in diagnosis of cerebral infarction

目的：探讨脑电图（EEG）在脑梗死诊断中的应用价值．方法：选择我院神经内科收住短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA），查头部CT正常患者51例作为对照组；行头部CT示梗死面最大直径＞5．0 cm或梗死面积超过一个脑叶的49例患者作为大面积脑梗死组；CT示脑梗死面积最大直径＜5．0 mm的56例患者作为小面积脑梗死组．各组数据分别进行两两比较；同时把大面积脑梗死组患者在＜24 h、24～48 h分别进行CT检查的阳性和相同时间段EEG检查结果的阳性率进行比较．

AIM：To discuss application value of electroenceph-alogram （EEG）in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.METH-ODS：105 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed by CT were divided into large-area cerebral infarction group of 49 cases and small-area cerebral infarction group of 56 cases according to the size of infarction.Meanwhile 5 1 TIA cases with normal head CT were chosen as control group.A comparison of EEG between the three groups was made.And another comparison of the positive rate between 24-hour and 24 to 48-hour CT and EEG in the large area cerebral infarction group was made.RESULTS：Comparison of two groups of EEG in cerebral infarction patients,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）,and the EEG of two groups compared with the control group,the difference was statis-tically significant （P〈0.05 ）.The positive rate of 24-hour EEG and brain CT in large area cerebral infarction group was com-pared,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,but no statistical significance presented in 24 ~48-hour EEG＇s and brain CT＇s positive rate （P〉0.05 ）.CONCLUSION：EEG is more significant on cerebral infarction in early diagnosis than CT, especially in the early diagnosis of large area cerebral infarction. When necessary,the combined application of EEG and the head of CT,which has important significance to improve the early diag-nosis of cerebral infarction.
