胃肠激素与胃肠疾病的关系

The relationship between gastrointestinal hor-mones and gastrointestinal diseases

消化器官的疾病除受病原微生物影响之外，还受神经调节以及胃肠激素的调节；胃肠激素的调节是神经调节的重要补充，对某些消化器官的活动和疾病的调节甚至起主导作用。目前为止，已发现了多达60多种的胃肠激素，对其作用机制的研究也发展迅速。大量的科学研究证明，一些胃肠激素的分泌异常与胃肠疾病的病理发生、发展有着密切的联系。该文就几种主要的胃肠激素与胃肠道疾病的关系研究进展予以综述。

In addition to pathogenic microorganism,gastrointes-tinal disease was reported to be influenced by both neuroregulation and gastrointestinal hormones.As a major supplement of neuro-regulation,gastrointestinal hormone plays a leading role in some specific gastrointestinal disease.So far,more than 60 gastrointes-tinal hormones have been reported,and their mechanism studies have made great progresses.Increasing evidences indicated that the parasecretion of gastrointestinal hormone and gastrointestinal disease was closely related.The present work is aimed to summa-rize the updated progressing of cross-talk between gastrointestinal hormones and diseases.
