高效液相色谱法测定14种人参皂苷的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为准确可靠的定量分析14种人参皂苷,本文通过对高效液相色谱条件进行优化,确定了测定人参皂苷的HPLC条件,结果表明,最佳分析条件流动相为乙氰和水;C18柱;检测波长:203纳米;流速:1.0毫升/分。该分析方法可以达到很好的分离效果,通过精密度、稳定性和回收率的计算,证明该方法具有良好的准确性和稳定性,是一种简单、高效的多种人参皂苷分析方法。
