The Chashan （Tea Mountains） Yao ethnic group is so named because its members live deep in the mountains that are famous for tea production. People throughout the world are curious about the primitive lives and production methods of the minority group＇s people. If you visit a Chashan Yao village, you no doubt will be impressed by the romantic love between the young men and women. For generations, the Chashan Yao people have held steadfast to the custom that a young man must climb onto the balcony of a young woman＇s wooden house. Why？ So he can date her in her bedroom.
