在距离退休还有两年零两个月的时候,廖新波“升职”了。两个月前,广东省卫生计生委官网＂领导主页＂一栏显示,廖新波的职务从原来的“副主任、党组成员”变动为“巡视员”,告别所负责的医政工作,分管综合监督处和交流合作处。

There is still two years and two months before Mr. Liao Xinpo will retire. He used to be the deputy director of Health and Family Planning Commission in Guangdong Province, but not long ago he was promoted to be an inspector. His work covers comprehensive supervision, communication and cooperation, instead of the health administration and policies. This promotion is actually demotion, and the reason might be Mr. Liao Xinpo has been too active in social media.
