摘要
1922年,日本制定《健康保险法》,1927年正式颁布该项法律,以保护劳动者为目的开启了日本健康保险制度。目前健康保险制度,不仅保障患有伤病的人,而且注重建立人们维持健康状态的激励机制。
Health insurance system in Japan does not only provide healthcare service to patients, but also provide incentives for people to cultivate and maintain healthy habits. After development of many years, health insurance system can be mainly divided into two categories: based on profession and based on region.
