摘要
总结了本院2007年3月至2012年12月Ⅲ期～Ⅳ期痔合并糖尿病行痔上粘膜环切术（PPH）的患者共83例,主要包括对83例PPH术合并糖尿病患者给予积极有效的术前准备,控制血糖,做好心理护理,加强术后病情观察,做好肛周、排便护理,完善健康指导。认为PPH术合并糖尿病患者易出现严重并发症,术后易感染,认真做好术前准备,合理控制血糖,护理上做好心理护理、加强病情观察、完善健康指导是手术护理成功的重要保证。
Summrized 83 patients with diabetes, who had been treated with PPH, had been concluded with retrospective analysis from March, 2007 to December 2012. 83 cases were undergone positive and effective preoperative preparation, including controlling blood sugar, compleing the psychological nursing, strengthening postoperative observation, completing the anus care, defecation nursing, im-proving the health guidance. PPH surgery combined with diabetes prone to have serious complications, such as postoperative infection. It was thought that careful preoperative preparation, proper controlling of blood sugar and nursing on psychological nursing, strengthen-ing the observation and perfect health guidance are important guarantee of successful operation.
